What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, optional organisation details, enquiry category and message you provide. Our hosting and form providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, arrange introductory consultations and discuss our proposed services. Our usual lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and developing business relationships, balanced against your rights. Where you ask us to take steps before entering a contract, contractual necessity may apply. We do not use general enquiry details to send unsolicited marketing newsletters.
Who receives it
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, Formspree for enquiry form processing and Microsoft Outlook for business email. These providers process information in connection with these services. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Our technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where restricted international transfers take place, we are responsible for ensuring that appropriate legal safeguards apply.
How long we retain information
For general enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship, our intended policy is to retain correspondence for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary (for example, to address a complaint or legal claim). If an enquiry leads to a contract or continuing relationship, different retention periods may apply and we will explain these when relevant. We periodically review and securely delete records that are no longer needed.
