Ms Zabina Kauser
With over 25 years of experience across benefits, employment advice, advice quality, leadership and management, alongside over 25 years working across the housing sector, Zabina brings a broad, practical understanding of how services can better support people.
Her experience includes supported housing and living, homelessness, residential care environments, emergency accommodation, domestic abuse and refugee support, care leavers and strategic leadership relating to adult social care direct payments.
Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Mirpuri, Zabina brings multilingual communication and expertise in culturally appropriate service delivery. Having also served as an equality, diversity and inclusion lead, chaired staff forums and championed allyship, Zabina believes that listening, inclusion and strong leadership are essential to effective services.
